Keep Unruly Roots in the Pots

The AutoPot Root Control Discs are designed to work with any AutoPot system and prevent the roots and grow medium from leaving the pot and disturbing the operation of the AQUAvalve. The coating makes them highly effective and they are placed gold side up in the pots prior to adding medium.

Roots have the ability to lodge in concrete so it is advisable to check that none of the roots are escaping through the bottom of the pot. Any loose roots can be trimmed with scissors with little fuss.

Note – It is recommended you change the discs at the beginning of every season to prevent them from transferring disease.
