Shipping & Delivery Charges

deliveryAt the Grow Store will do our best to deliver goods to you within 1-2 working days. However products are subject to availability, a delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control.
Any dates we specify for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Orders that pass security checks immediately and are placed before 2.00pm on a Mon-Fri will be shipped either the same day or the next working day. If this is not possible, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. 

Should delivery be delayed for more than 14 days, we will contact you with more information so that you can either cancel your order or continue to wait. As soon as we have delivered the goods, you will be responsible for them.

If you delay accepting delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.

European Delivery Charges

Delivery charges throughout mainland Europe will vary by country and on how heavy the order is.All European orders will be charged according to the destination, which will be clearly displayed in the checkout area.

If more than one box is needed to ship your order (i.e. if the total weight of your order exceeds 30 kg), the system will automatically add the extra delivery charges as required.

Certain orders may require additional boxes even if they do not exceed 30kg if your order requires multiple boxes then you will be contacted to confirm the additional charges before your order is dispatched.
